TECBANC SOFTWARE LICENSE AND BUREAU SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN Reid Robertson Holdings Pty Ltd Trading as TecBanc Australia (A.C.N. 011 030 630) c/- Pannell Kerr Forster, Level 6, 120 Edward Street, Brisbane in the State of Queensland (hereinafter with its successors and assigns referred to as "the Bureau") and the Licensee WHEREAS: A. The Bureau has the right to licence the software programmes known as THE TECBANC OPERATING SYSTEM (herein referred to as "the System") and to provide certain bureau services in relation to the access by licensees through the Bureau to information facilities including but not limited to TECBANC CLIENTSEARCH (herein collectively referred to as "the Register"); and B. The Licensee has agreed to accept the System on the terms and conditions of this agreement and to use the System and the Register in accordance with this agreement and the Licence contained herein NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES as follows:- 1. INTERPRETATION additional charge:- a charge in accordance with the Bureau's standard rates in effect from time to time payable by the Licensee; authorized user system:- the number of persons authorized by the Bureau to operate the System concurrently under this Licence; Bureau Searches:- calculations conducted utilizing the Register and the System in respect of specific real, prospective or hypothetical loan or credit or other enquiries; Bureau specified:- fully satisfying the requirements stipulated by the Bureau; commencement date:- the date specified in Schedule A; designated computer:- the computer on which the System operates; downtime:- the period during which the Bureau's System is inoperative or substantially inoperative or unsuitable for normal use as reasonably contemplated by the parties; equipment:- also called hardware, the Licensee's computer as specified in Schedule B and peripheral equipment including but not limited to printers and modems; force majeure:- an act, omission or circumstance over which the Bureau could not reasonably have exercised control; licence term:- the period specified in Schedule C during which the Licensee will have access to the System and the Register pursuant to this agreement; lending institution:- any institution engaged in the approval process for finance applications, including but not limited to banks, building societies, credit unions, friendly societies, merchant and mortgage banks, mortgage originators, Solicitors and private lenders and loan sources; Licence Fee:- the annual fee payable by the Licensee to the Bureau for the rights to use the System; non exclusive Licence:- a Licence which does not restrict or limit the issuing of other Licences in any way; Monthly Maintenance Fee:- the fee payable by the first (1st) day of each month by the Licensee to the Bureau to maintain access to the Register during that calendar month; Seat Upgrade Fee:- the fee payable by the Licensee to the Bureau to enable an increase in the number of authorized concurrent operating personnel under this agreement; programmes:- the Bureau's computer programmes and the Licensee's computer programmes as the case may be, specified in Schedule D; Register:- the accumulated data information facility called TecBanc ClientSearch, and such other data information systems as TecBanc may make available from time to time; response:- the provision by the Bureau of access to the Licensee or its designated computer for the purpose of updating data; seats:- authorized user system site:- the location specified in Schedule E for delivery of the System; software or System support:- support either in person, by telephone, modem, facsimile, email or in writing in any matter relating to the operation of the System other than Bureau errors in the System or the data; software upgrades:- an updated, amended, revised or enhanced version of the System; System:- the latest release from time to time of the computer programmes known as the TecBanc Operating System including all modifications and enhancements made thereto and operations manuals and explanatory materials supplied by the Bureau from time to time during the term of this Licence, and any copies thereof; TecBanc:- the Registered Trademark over which the Bureau owns certain rights of use; TecBanc Operating Procedures:- the procedure for accessing the Register and for operating the System as released to the Licensee and as amended from time to time at the discretion of the Bureau; TecBanc Project:- a specific application or specific applications of the System; Warranted Response Time:- the period in which the Bureau shall respond to a request by the Licensee for an update of Register data; Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words of one gender include all other genders. 2. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT 2.1 The Bureau shall provide the Licensee with a Licence to use the System and with access to the Register. 3. TERM OF AGREEMENT 3.1 The initial term of this agreement shall commence on the commencement date. 3.2 Subject to the right of either party under this agreement or at law to terminate this agreement, this agreement shall continue in force for a term of five (5) years from the commencement date. 4. GRANT OF LICENCE 4.1 In consideration of the payment of the Licence Fee the Bureau hereby grants a non exclusive Licence to the Licensee to access the System subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. 4.2 The Bureau's programmes shall not be used by other than the Licensee. The Licensee may increase the number of authorized concurrent users by payment of the then current Upgrade Fee and by execution of any documents reasonably required by the Bureau. 5. ACCESS DELIVERY 5.1 The Bureau will provide to the Licensee, in a manner determined by the Bureau, to the location specified in Schedule E, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by the Bureau of a written order from the Licensee, access to the TecBanc Operating System, together with access to the necessary operating instructions. 5.2 Accessing the System is the responsibility of the Licensee. The provision of any hardware and/or software to enable the accessing and operation of the System is also the responsibility of the Licensee. 5.3 The Licensee shall bear all costs of installation of the System. 6. TECBANC CLIENTSEARCH 6.1 The Bureau will provide to the Licensee access to the Register subject to the performance by the Licensee of its obligations under this agreement. 6.2 This agreement does not provide the Licensee with rights of access to any TecBanc Project other than TecBanc ClientSearch (the Register). 7. RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP 7.1 The Licensee shall not obtain any rights of ownership in the programmes which comprise the System or the Register or the name "TecBanc" and the rights of the Licensee shall be limited to a right to use the programmes in accordance with this agreement. This clause shall enure in favour of the Bureau notwithstanding any assistance, requests or recommendations by the Licensee which result directly or indirectly in the creating of improvements, modifications or enhancements to the System or the Register. 7.2 The Licensee's own hardware and software programmes remain the property of the Licensee. 7.3 Subject to any lien arising because of unpaid charges and to any encumbrances arising outside the Bureau's control, the Bureau acknowledges that the Licensee's data remains the property of the Licensee. 7.4 All lender and loan product data remains the property of the Bureau. 8. REPRESENTATION 8.1 The Licensee shall be entitled to represent itself as a "TecBanc Subscriber" or as a "Subscriber to TecBanc DataSystems". 8.2 The Licensee shall not directly or impliedly represent itself to be trading in the name of or on behalf of the Bureau or TecBanc. 8.3 The Licensee agrees to indemnify and to keep indemnified and save harmless the Bureau against any costs, demands, claims, actions and proceedings which may arise as a direct or indirect consequence of a breach of Clause 8.2 by the Licensee. 9. MODIFICATION 9.1 The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or change the software in any way whatsoever. 10. SOFTWARE SUBSTITUTIONS AND UPGRADES 10.1 The Bureau may substitute the programmes or any component of the programmes prior to or during the term of this agreement without consultation with the Licensee if, in the opinion of the Bureau, substitution will not adversely affect the provision of services within the scope of this agreement. 10.2 Software Upgrades may be made available by the Bureau to the Licensee from time to time, at a cost to the Licensee. Where Software Upgrades are specifically for additional services of the Bureau, the Licensee is not obligated to purchase any Software Upgrades. 11. INSTRUCTION, INSURANCE AND MAINTENANCE 11.1 The Bureau shall provide training on the System to the Licensee subject to the fees and charges specified by the Bureau from time to time. 11.2 The Licensee shall be responsible for the cost and implementation of training, maintenance and insurance in respect of all its own hardware and software. 11.3 The Bureau is responsible for the storage of all data on the Register. 12. DATA MAINTENANCE AND UPDATES ON THE REGISTER 12.1 If the Licensee has fully complied with its obligations under this agreement, the Bureau shall make the Register available to the Licensee pursuant to this agreement at the times specified in Schedule F. If for any reason a communication via modem or internet can not be effected, the Bureau and Licensee shall exchange data by computer disk or such other method as the Bureau may determine in its sole discretion and the Licensee shall not be entitled to make any claim or set off for alleged losses arising from downtime of the System or the Register. 12.3 The Bureau shall be entitled to access reports from the Licensee's data from time to time summarizing the activities of the Licensee. The Bureau agrees to use such information for the preparation of industry and market statistics only, and to maintain total confidentiality of data specific to the Licensee unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Licensee. 12.5 The media and/or communication costs (including all relevant telecommunications accounts and postage, delivery and courier costs) of the aforementioned data transfers shall be the responsibility of the Licensee. 12.6 The Licensee acknowledges that the Bureau does not maintain on TecBanc LoanSearch data on every lending institution, nor does it necessarily maintain all data on those lenders maintained on the Register and nor does the Bureau guarantee the accuracy or currency of data which is provided to the Bureau by parties not directly employed by the Bureau. Without guaranteeing the currency or accuracy of data, the Bureau undertakes to use its best endeavours to ensure a high level of currency and accuracy of the lender and loans data. The Licensee agrees to include in any TecBanc Report to third parties such disclaimer prominently displayed as the Bureau may specify in the System or in the TecBanc Operating Procedures from time to time. 13. PERFORMANCE 13.1 The Bureau shall endeavour to ensure that the response time to any request for entry of the Licensee to the Register within the scope of this agreement for the purpose of updating data will be in accordance with the parameters specified in Schedule G. 13.2 Subject to Clause 21.2, the Licensee's sole remedy for a breach of Clause 13.1 shall be an adjustment in the charge payable pursuant to Clause 17.2, such adjustment to be calculated in the manner specified in Schedule G. 13.3 The Bureau shall not be responsible for any delay in response time caused by factors beyond the Bureau's reasonable control. 13.4 The Licensee agrees to operate the System in full compliance with and adherence to the instructions, restrictions and procedures contained in the TecBanc Operating Procedures as amended by the Bureau from time to time. 14. DATA STORAGE 14.1 The Licensee shall be responsible for the access by the Licensee and its employees, agents, clients and associates to the Licensees access codes and for any additions, alterations or deletions to the Licensees data as a consequence of access by any party other than the Bureau to the Licensees data. 14.2 The Bureau shall be responsible for the secure storage of the Licensee's data, and shall maintain a procedure for reconstruction of lost, damaged or altered data to the extent the Bureau considers necessary. The Licensee acknowledges the Bureau has no further obligations in the event of such loss, damage or destruction, regardless of the cause. 15. ACCURACY OF PROGRAMMES 15.1 The parties acknowledge that the Bureau cannot warrant that its programmes are free of inaccuracies, defects or errors. Subject to this the Bureau warrants that at the commencement date it has no knowledge of any substantial inaccuracies, defects or errors in its programmes which have not been communicated to the Licensee prior to the commencement date. 15.2 The Bureau will not be responsible for any inaccuracy, defect or error in the Licensee's programmes and the Licensee shall attend to virus scanning of its programmes from time to time. The Licensee shall compensate the Bureau for any losses it suffers as a result of virus contamination of the System and/or the Register deriving from the Licensee either directly or indirectly. 16. DOWNTIME 16.1 The Bureau shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of failure or error in hardware, the programmes, the System or the Register other than is specifically provided for in this agreement. 16.2 The Bureau shall use its best endeavours to rectify any fault in hardware, the programmes, the System or the Register which it reasonably believes may take the response time to the Licensee outside the parameters specified in Schedule G. 16.3 If there is a breakdown of the System which adversely affects the ability of the Licensee to access the Register, the Bureau will notify the Licensee as soon as practicable and will use its best endeavours to reconstruct lost or destroyed data at no additional charge to the Licensee. 17. CHARGES 17.1 The Licensee shall pay to the Bureau on order of access to the System the Licence Fee specified in Schedule H. 17.2 The Licensee shall pay the Bureau no later than the first (1st) day of each calendar month in advance the Monthly Maintenance Fee prescribed in Schedule H for service to be provided by the Bureau during the calendar month commencing on the due date. The Monthly Maintenance Fee is calculated on the basis of access to modules and features and data levels as selected by the Licensee from time to time and in accordance with the then current scale of fees as determined by the Bureau in its absolute discretion 17.3 All fees and charges payable by the Licensee under this agreement are exclusive of any taxes, duties, fees or other government levies or charges which may be imposed on or in respect of the Bureau's facilities or services under this agreement or otherwise. Such taxes, duties, fees or other government charges whether imposed upon the Bureau the Licensee or a third party shall be paid by the Licensee immediately they become due and in any event, not later than seven (7) days after notice in writing by the Bureau requiring such payment. The Licensee shall fully indemnify the Bureau against all payments made by the Bureau which are the Licensee's responsibility under this Clause 17.3. 17.4 The Licensee is responsible for the cost of all Licensees hardware and Licensee's programmes, and for the maintenance and insurance of all Licensees hardware and software including the insurance of the Licensees database incorporated in the Register. Software support on the TecBanc System is supplied by the Bureau at additional cost to the Licensee, the current rates for which are specified in Schedule H. 17.5 The Licensee shall pay interest at the rate equivalent to two percentum (2%) above the Commonwealth Bank of Australia interest rate for overdrafts under one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) on all overdue amounts from the due date until payment is received by the Bureau. 17.6 If any payment, including interest referred to in Clause 17.5 is not made within seven (7) days of the due date, the Bureau may, without further notice to the Licensee, suspend further services or its remaining obligations to the Licensee under this agreement or any other agreement between the parties, including but not limited to the termination of the Licensee's access to the System. 18. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW 18.1 The Bureau is under no obligation to the Licensee under this agreement to ensure that the Licensee's data, programmes, documentation or records, or the use thereof, constitutes a breach of the governing law or any other relevant law or regulation. 18.2 The Bureau will be under no obligation to refrain from delivering such data, programmes, documentation or records into the custody of a duly authorised law enforcement officer or government representative, officer or agency or from providing such persons or instrumentalities with access to such data, programmes, documentation or records if the Bureau receives a request or demand for such information. 18.3 The Licensee shall indemnify the Bureau against all costs and liability incurred as a result of its possession of such data, programmes, documentation or records or incurred as a result of delivering such items to a third party in accordance with Clause 18.2. 19. CONFIDENTIALITY 19.1 The Licensee acknowledges the confidential nature of, and the Bureau's intellectual and industrial property rights in the System. 19.2 The Licensee shall not, without the Bureau's prior consent in writing, copy or cause to be copied or disclose any details of the System to a third party. 19.3 The Licensee may only make use of such details to the extent necessary to enable the System to be used in a manner reasonably contemplated by the Bureau. 19.4 The Licensee may only disclose such details to those of its employees by whom it is required to enable the System to be used in a manner reasonably contemplated by the Bureau. 19.5 The Licensee acknowledges that any discoveries, inventions, patents, designs or other rights arising directly or indirectly, out of or in the performance of this agreement, are the property of the Bureau. 19.6 The Licensee's obligations under this Clause 19 shall survive the termination of this agreement. 20. WARRANTIES 20.1 The Bureau warrants that the programmes used in conjunction with the designated computer will substantially meet the functional specifications contained in Schedule I. 20.2 The Licensee warrants that it has relied solely on its own judgement in selecting the Bureau to provide the programmes and Bureau services within the scope of this agreement and in satisfying itself as to the adequacy of the functional specifications specified in Schedule I for its purposes. 21. LIABILITY OF BUREAU 21.1 Except as expressly provided to the contrary in this agreement, all terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, inducements or representations whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise relating in any way to the System or to this agreement, are excluded. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, the Bureau shall not be under any liability to the Licensee in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the equipment or the failure or omission on the part of the Bureau to comply with its obligations under this agreement. 21.2 Where any Act of Parliament implies in this agreement any term, conditions or warranty, and that Act avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, the liability of the Bureau for any breach of such term, condition or warranty shall be limited, at the option of the Bureau to any one or more of the following: (a) if the breach relates to goods: (i) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; (ii) the repair of such goods; (iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, or (iv) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and (b) if the breach relates to services: (i) the supplying of the services again, or (ii) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. 21.3 The Licensee warrants that it has not relied on any representation made by the Bureau which has not been stated expressly in this agreement or upon any descriptions or illustrations or specifications contained in any document including any catalogues or publicity material produced by the Bureau. 22. FORCE MAJEUR 22.1 The Bureau will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such failure or delay is due to force majeur. 22.2 The Bureau shall notify the Licensee as soon as practicable of any anticipated delay due to force majeur. The performance of the Bureau's obligations under this agreement will be suspended for the period of the delay due to force majeur. 22.3 If a delay due to force majeur exceeds ninety (90) days, the Bureau may terminate this agreement immediately on providing notice to the Licensee. If the Bureau gives such notice to the Licensee: (a) the Bureau shall refund monies previously paid by the Licensee under this agreement for which no services have been provided; (b) the Licensee shall pay the Bureau a reasonable sum in relation to services rendered or costs and expenses incurred prior to termination; and (c) the Bureau may deduct the charge or part of the charge referred to in Clause 22.3(b) from the sum, if any, referred to in Clause 22.3(a). 23. TERMINATION 23.1 The Bureau may terminate this agreement immediately by notice in writing if: (a) any payment due from the Licensee to the Bureau pursuant to this agreement remains unpaid for a period of thirty (30) days; or (b) the Licensee breaches any clause of this agreement and such breach is not remedied within fourteen (14) days of written notice by the Bureau. 23.2 Notwithstanding Clause 23.1, the Bureau may terminate this agreement immediately on notice in writing to the Licensee if: (a) the Licensee becomes, threatens to become or is in jeopardy of becoming subject to any form of insolvency administration; (b) the Licensee, being a partnership, dissolves, threatens or resolves to dissolve or is in jeopardy of dissolving; (c) the Licensee ceases or threatens to cease conducting its business in the normal manner; 23.3 If notice is given to the Licensee pursuant to Clauses 23.1 or 23.2, the Bureau may, in addition to terminating the agreement: (a) retain any monies paid; (b) charge a reasonable sum for work performed in respect of which work no sum has been previously charged; (c) be regarded as discharged from any further obligations under this agreement; and (d) pursue any additional or alternative remedies provided by law. 23.4 This agreement may be terminated by the Estate for the Licensee if the Licensee dies or becomes mentally ill. 23.5 Nothing contained in this agreement shall restrict the rights of the Bureau to retake possession of the programmes upon termination of the Licence hereby granted. In the event of termination by either party the Bureau will be deemed irrevocably licensed by the Licensee to enter the premises where the designated computer is kept, without notice, to repossess the System and all related documentation and records. 24. ASSIGNMENT 24.1 The benefit of this agreement may not be dealt with in any way by the Licensee, whether by assignment or otherwise. 24.4 The Bureau may assign its interests and obligations in this agreement without the consent of the Licensee. In the case of such assignment the Bureau shall advise the Licensee of the assignment within thirty (30) days of the assignment. 25. SUB-CONTRACTS 25.1 The Bureau may sub-contract for the performance of this agreement or any part of this agreement from time to time, and may add to or change its sub-contractors from time to time. 25.2 In the event of a sub-contract being effected the Bureau shall give notice in writing to the Licensee. GENERAL 26. WAIVER 26.1 No right under this agreement shall be deemed to be waived except by notice in writing signed by each party. 26.2 A waiver by the Bureau pursuant to Clause 26.1 will not prejudice its rights in respect of any subsequent breach of this agreement by the Licensee. 26.3 Subject to Clause 26.1, any failure by the Bureau to enforce any clause of this agreement, or for any forbearance, delay or indulgence granted by the Bureau to the Licensee, will not be construed as a waiver of the Bureau's rights under this agreement. 27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 27.1 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties for the subject matter referred to in the Preamble to this agreement. Any prior arrangements, agreements, representations or undertakings are superceded. No modification or alteration of any clause of this agreement will be valid except in writing and signed by each party. 28. HEADINGS 28.1 Headings used in this agreement are for convenience and ease of reference only, are not part of this agreement and shall not be relevant to or affect the meaning or interpretation of this agreement. 29. SEVERABILITY 29.1 If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, this agreement shall remain otherwise in full force apart from such provision which shall be deemed deleted. 30. GOVERNING LAW 30.1 This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Queensland. 31. NOTICES 31.1 Notices under this agreement may be delivered by hand, by registered mail or by facsimile to the addresses specified in Schedule J. 31.2 Notice will be deemed given: (a) in the case of hand delivery or registered mail, upon written acknowledgement of receipt by an officer or other duly authorised employee, agent or representative of the receiving party; (b) in the case of facsimile, upon completion of transmission. 32. DISPUTES 32.1 If any dispute or difference arises pursuant to this agreement the same shall be determined by such Barrister of not less than seven (7) years standing as the then President of the Queensland Law Society Inc or his nominee shall appoint provided firstly that such Barrister has not acted for or against any of the parties involved and secondly that such Barrister shall have reasonable experience in computer contracts. The person so determining shall be deemed to be acting as an expert and not as an arbitrator and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. 33. BUREAU'S RIGHTS 33.1.1 Any express statement of a right of the Bureau under this agreement is without prejudice to any other right of the Bureau expressly stated in this agreement or arising at law. 34. GST 34.1 All payments made under this Agreement are GST exclusive. When a payment is to be made under this Agreement, the relevant GST shall be paid and the recipient of the supply shall provide a tax invoice to the other party. 35. PRIVACY ACT 35.1 The Licensee agrees to abide by all of the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended. 35.2 The Licensee shall not be entitled to access to the System in any case where it has not first complied with all the obligations under the Act including but not limited to: (a) obtaining the written consent (where required by the Act) of any party to access either their financial details or the Register; (b) providing an update to the Bureau of all details which require amendment; (c) providing access to any party whose details are the subject of any relevant enquiry. 36. INDEMNITY 36.1 The Licensee indemnifies the Bureau in respect of any breach of the terms of this Agreement. 37. SPECIAL CONDITIONS 37.1 Refer Schedule K. SCHEDULES SCHEDULE A - COMMENCEMENT DATE The Commencement Date shall be SCHEDULE B - DESIGNATED COMPUTER Any computer with connection via the internet, utilizing either adsl, frame relay or cable for connection thereto SCHEDULE C - LICENCE TERM The Licence Term shall be five (5) years from the Commencement Date. SCHEDULE D - THE PROGRAMMES AND AUTHORIZED USER SYSTEM AND DATA ACCESS Bureau's Programmes: TecBanc ClientSearch. Authorized User System: Two Authorised Users only. SCHEDULE E - DELIVERY SITE TecBancs designated server located at TecBancs absolute discretion and as varied from time to time SCHEDULE F - ACCESS TO SYSTEM Access to the System shall be available to the Licensee, subject to the terms of this agreement, by internet access as determined by the Bureau from time to time, 24 hours per day every day excluding public holidays. SCHEDULE G - WARRANTED RESPONSE TIME AND PENALTY RATE CALCULATION The Warranted Response Time shall be five (5) working days. The Penalty Calculation shall be that the Bureau shall refund to the Licensee the proportion of the Monthly Access Fee for the number of days or part thereof between the expiry of the Warranted Response Time and the response. SCHEDULE H - CHARGES Annual Licence Fee per Company: 1-10 Authorised Users: $1350 11-20 Authorised Users: $2600 21-50 Authorised Users: $3750 51-100 Authorised Users: $4800 Over 100 Authorised Users: $1,000 per additional 1000 users or part thereof Monthly Maintenance Fee: 1-10 Authorised Users: $75 11-20 Authorised Users: $140 21-50 Authorised Users: $255 51-100 Authorised Users: $435 Over 100 Authorised Users: $100 per additional 1000 users or part thereof Search Fees: Open Record New Record General Search TecBanc ClientSearch: $0.10 $0.50 $0.25 TecBanc LoanSearch: $0.10 $2.50 $0.25 TecBanc CreditSearch: $0.10 $5.00 $0.25 *System Support Fees: $80.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $40.00. Media costs and outgoings to Licensee's account. SCHEDULE I - FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION TecBanc ClientSearch enables the entry and retention of contact and entity information, including but not limited to asset and liability information, employment and credit information, and associated contacts and entities. TecBanc LoanSearch enables specific borrowing requirements to be entered, and from such requirements to produce a report of up to four alternatives which meet the requirements. The alternatives are selected from qualifying loan products maintained by or on behalf of by the Licensee. The System calculates establishment and ongoing costs, loan repayments, and advises certain other data including penalty arrangements, frequency of payments, lender contact name and number, for each of the selected alternatives.
