The system itself operates with an industry standard database management back-end. All data transfers are encrypted using 128 bit certification. Data is backed up daily with secure off-site backup storage.

Only authorized users may access the TecBanc ® database, using their unique password which is changed regularly, and each user is able to view only their relevant data, pages and modules. Security systems are compliant with the Australian Privacy Act, one of the most stringent in the world today.
