Entity Module

The TecBanc®Entity Module allows you to store your data on all your Companies, Charities, Trusts, etc.

Other than the usual Names, Address, Phone and Email fields, TecBanc®Entities allows you to store data on much more. For example, You can store data on the Assets & Liabilities, Credit History, Financial details, Directors and Shareholders, or the Employees to name a few.

Each Entity can be given multiple Classifications which comes in useful when, for example,you want a list of all your Companies that deal with Finance or Cleaning.

We also have a Related Parties feature which allows you to build up a view of how all your Entity interacts with other Entities, Contacts or Projects in your System. By viewing an Entities Related Parties you might find that they are a funder of one of your Projects and an Employer for another of of your Contacts.

Save Documents and Files to an Entity. You might want to save a copy of a letter you wrote them, or maybe save an Excel spreadsheet on their financial state. These files can than be accessed securely from any internet connection, so you no longer need to go into work to get that file on a client.
