Diary Module

The TecBanc®Diary Module allows you to organise your Appointments and Tasks which is closely intgerated with all your records in the TecBanc® System.

You can create Appointments and Tasks for yourself to better organise your day. Also create a Date for another User of TecBanc®.

View a list of all the TecBanc® users and see when they are busy. This is helpful when trying to find some a time that is available for when creating a new appointment for several people.

You can also invite other users to an appointment and view the current status of that invite. You can see if the invitee has accepted or declined the offer, not yet read the invitation, or ifthey have read the invite, but not yet responded.

Each of these can then be linked to multiple Contacts, Entities or Projects. By doing this you can view all Dates and Tasks that were undertaken that concerned the specified Contact, Entity or Project.
