Every business relies on people. The TecBanc®Contacts Module allows you to store your
data on all your Contacts.
Other than the usual Names, Address, Phone and Email
fields, TecBanc®Contacts allows you to store data on much
more. For example, You can store data on their Assets & Liabilities,
Credit History, Past Employment History or their Previous Addresses
to name a few.
Each Contact can be given multiple Classifications
which comes in useful when you want a list of all your Accountants
or plumbers you have in the system.
We also have a Related Parties feature which allows
you to build up a view of how all your Contacts interact with each
other, and how they are related to your Companies and Entities and
your projects. By viewing a Contacts Related Parties you might find
that they are Project Manager of one of your projects, the CEO of
an a company, and an Accountant for another of of your Contacts.

Create multiple notes on a Contact. Each of these
notes can also be linked to other Contacts, Entities or Projects.
These notes can also be marked as Private so that only the person

the data for your contacts to a Word document which TecBanc® then files away automatically for you.
Save Documents and Files to a Contact. You might want
to save a copy of a letter you wrote them, or maybe save their photo.
These files can than be accessed securely from any internet connection,
so you no longer need to go into work to get that file on a client.
