Communications Modules

Without communication, no business could exist. The TecBanc®Communication Module allows you to manage your outgoing messages and track you incoming email.

TecBanc® contains its own email client for managing your email, or if your business already relies heavily upon using MS Outlook, TecBanc® can display your all your messages in Outlook as well as send your Messages using Outlook.

When you send or recieve an email that has a Contact as either a Sender or Recipient, a copy of that email is filed under the relevant Contact. This allows you to easily keep track of any correspondence between your business and your Contacts.

Privacy is always a concern, so you can mark any email as private so that only you can read the email.
